We only collect what is needed to run the site and suggest what you actually need — and only if you agree. This is everything we do.

3. What we do with the data
- Personalisation: based on the service/app/case-study pages you viewed, we suggest related items with a clear reason. This runs on the data in your own cookie.
- Anonymous analytics: statistics on which pages are viewed, which items attract interest and which suggestions are clicked — to improve our content. No IP address is stored and nothing is linked to a name or email.
- Contact form: the name, email and message you type are used to reply to your request; separate from the cookies above.
- We never sell data and do not use it for automated decisions with legal effect on you.
4. Legal basis & retention
Personalisation and analytics rely on your consent (off by default). You can change or withdraw it at any time — withdrawing is as easy as agreeing. Analytics events are deleted automatically after 180 days. Browsers sending the Global Privacy Control signal are treated as declining.
5. Your rights
Under Vietnam's personal-data protection rules (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP) and international practice, you have the right to be informed, to give or withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, and to complain.
